PSI has implemented safety and sanitation procedures to ensure all candidates and test center administrators are safe. Please check email and voicemail often in order to review communication regarding last-minute updates of a scheduled exam. If this happens, PSI will prioritize contacting all impacted exam candidates, in order by date, to assist with rescheduling. We will reevaluate the need for the extended time frame for testing if needed.ĭue to the fluidity of state, county, and city restrictions, PSI has had cases of centers closing on short notice after re-opening. Current PSI call center hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 9:00 pm Central Time, Saturday – Sunday 8:30 am –5:00 pm Central Time, with non-peak hours being the early morning or late evening.
